With over 25 years of experience in financial management, it’s my mission to put the power back into the business owner’s hands by leveraging my cross-functional knowledge and expertise.

From managing finance teams, thoroughly analyzing and planning financial data, to improving operational process efficiencies, I’ve gained valuable skills that I utilize today to help companies just like yours through insight and direction during the critical decision making process.

I started my finance and management career in 1996 for the leading German supermarket chain ALDI. In 1999, I joined a startup business in the Biomaterials industry, where I built the finance organization from scratch and guided the company to its exit in 2003.

As Global Controller for several divisions within the Fortune 500 Company Heraeus, I had the opportunity to aid businesses on various continents such as Europe, Asia and North America. In this role, I was able to hone both my financial competence and my savvy in navigating through cultural challenges.

I was promoted to General Manager and Vice President of Finance at Heraeus Materials Technologies’ facility in Chandler, Arizona. Then as time progressed, I moved to the Santa Fe Springs location in California.

In 2015, I started my consulting practice, Kratzer Consulting LLC, to help you transform your financial data into transparent and manageable information, make informed business decisions and ultimately increase your profitability and cash flow.
