My mission is to act as a trusted advisor to business owners, CEOs, CFOs and entrepreneurs. With over 40 years of experience, I provide you with insight and direction during each phase of your business’s growth. 

I began my career in the Telecom industry at AT&T and managed the Corporate Strategic Planning department as a member of the President’s staff for Pacific Telephone. 

After gaining valuable experience at AT&T for four years, I ventured to the Chicago area based Rittenhouse Paper Company. During this time I served as a CFO and Business Unit President. In addition to scaling the business from $43 million to over $170 million, I earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from DePaul University. 

In 1997, I joined Outer Circle Products, owner of the Arctic Zone brand, which was ultimately sold to Bay Travelgear, where I became CFO. Then in 2003, I joined Active Screw & Fastener as President & CEO. After many years of hard work and dedication, I became the owner and ultimately sold the value-added distributor of small parts to Bamal after 13 years.

Following the sale of Active Screw, I joined the team of Miller Industrial as Interim President and CEO. Through proper execution and planning, I stabilized and grew the business then sold it to a private entrepreneur.

After the sale of Miller Industrial, I found my home in Phoenix and consulted with several clients, including Parker Fasteners, which doubled in size during my tenure leading the finance and accounting team. 

Fast forward to 2021, I partnered with Kratzer Consulting and have been providing side-by-side guidance to help companies grow or overcome slow growth to achieve their goals.
